The Pollard Family Archives requires each indavidual that wishes to view digitized information to create an account to protect the private information of those who are still living. Apply for a membership, the prossess is easy!

We prioritize our patrons and make answering messages from our contact form a top priority. You should get a response within one business day, but give us a week before attempting to contact us agian, as your request may still be in the que. Make sure to leave your contact information so our representatives can get back with you.

We are funded by donations. We strive to operate at low or no cost so that donations can be used for collecting family data. Currently this site operates for free.

No, both your family tree information and your membership information are kept safley in our archive database. Your membership information is 100% private and only fellow archive members can see your information in the family tree. We are happy to help! Start by clicking the “Family Library” tab at the top of the page. This is where you can browse our collection. Most people are looking for records or photos, these will be the first two options in the library. You can search the photo and record library by name or ID number (if you know the person's book ID#).

You can give information by clicking on the "Give" tab at the top of our website. Once you open the give page you will be prompted to select what type of information you wish to give, so that we can further assist you.
